A Dedication To Trish Rose & Yorkie Rescue Colorado

OK Yorkie Rescue would like to dedicate this page to Trish Rose and the Yorkie Rescue Colorado.  Thank you for all of your mentoring.  Your advice and guidance helping us get started was golden! We will miss you!!

 There’s an angel awaiting the Yorkies who go to The Rainbow Bridge, and her name is Trish Rose.

She dedicated herself to saving as many Yorkies as she could. Trish fought Puppy mills head on and aimed to educate the public about the cruelty and abuse so many dogs are forced to endure. She loved Yorkies! She created Yorkie Rescue Colorado, a 501(c)-3 non-profit and mentored others who shared her beliefs, including Oklahoma Yorkie Rescue.

Sadly, Trish lost her battle with Breast Cancer and Yorkie Rescue Colorado has dissolved. We believe her efforts and reputation should be preserved exactly as she left them, nothing short of brilliant. Yorkie Rescue Colorado, on behalf of Trish Rose, has decided to ‘pay it forward’ to Oklahoma Yorkie Rescue and contribute it’s assets on to a group that shares Trish’s mission.
